Eng Joo Koh RDT, Golf Day 2008 coordinator reports that Golf Day 2008 was a big success and a great day of golf was had at Copper Creek Golf Club by members, attendees and sponsors which included; Patterson, Vident, Henry Schein, Swiss NF, Ivoclar Vivadent,  Central Dental Supplies ,Meric Industries, Baluke Dental Studios and Accuplus Dental Lab.

Prizes were also donated by;  Dentsply, Nobelbiocare, Kavo, Brassler, 3 M , Del Dent Dental Supplies, Micrylium,

Our annual Golf Day will take place on July 11th, 2008 at Copper Creek Golf Club. This beautiful course promises to make for one of the most memorable Golf Days for us. Manufacturers, suppliers, technologists, lab owners, staff and sponsors are requested to participate fully in this special event and venue so that we'll be able to repeat it again next year. The ADTO had a booth at this years Ontario Dental Association Spring Meeting. The booth was attended by ADTO board members including ADTO Education Coordinator Jerry Klein RDT,  Thomas Kitsos RDT, President Gabriel Ghazal RDT, Eng Joo Koh RDT, and ADTO webmaster Tom Williams.

At the meeting in addition to answering any questions attendees might have, the ADTO promoted the use of the ADTO website, distributed ADTO Fee Schedules and ADTO promotional literature, and presented a video (which is located in this  page) regarding lead being found in Chinese crown & bridge.

The following Youtube video shows a study done by an Ohio TV station which shows that lead has been found in dental crowns made in China which is causing people to get sick and resulting in lawsuits . Click on the play icon in the lower left of the movie player screen to watch the video.
