Annual Renewals
Summer is time to enjoy the great outdoors but is also time to register your 2010-2011
membership. It is imperative that you renew your membership by July 16th, 2010 to facilitate our
updates and pass along the information to the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario. We will
begin processing the membership renewals after July 1st. The full fee for the 2010/2011 term is as follows:
Membership $528.88
Insurance $67.00
PST (on insurance only) $5.36
HST (13%) $68.76
TOTAL $670.00
Please note that if you do not sign your application form for the insurance portion, your membership
will not be renewed and you could face a penalty.
Membership includes the mandatory errors and omissions insurance, Skipwith benefits program, Spectrum magazine subscription,continuing education, social events (DentoGala, Golf Day and Ski Day), informative web site with
free classifieds, Paymentech merchant discount rates, etc.
Please note that after July 16th, 2010 there will be a $75 penalty for late renewals
NO exceptions, this will be enforced.
